Hourly Consulting Services*

Network consulting with our staff of experienced Network Support Engineers for any issue or network planning during our regular business hours of 9AM - 5PM CST.

  • Consulting and support as you need it with little upfront cost
  • Works for large projects or small
  • Troubleshooting or Network Planning
  • Access to our HelpDesk Ticketing System in which you are able to: enter your own Support Ticket request at any time, track progress, communicate with our Engineers and securely transfer network information
  • Support Tickets received by Engineers quicker due to automated accounting verification when a credit card is on file

$175 USD per hour

(billed in 1/2 hour increments)

Scheduled Service Call -- Normal Business Hours**

Scheduled call back from a specific Engineer at a specific date and time. Min. of 2 hours non-refundable pre-paid to schedule call. Normally needs to be scheduled 48 hours in advance.

 Same as above plus

  • No waiting for Support Engineer to call, you know exactly when and which Engineer you will be working with
  • Great for conference calls with multiple parties or companies

15 Hours of Pre-Paid Bulk

15 Hours pre-paid support time at a discounted rate! Can be used during regular business hours billed at the reduced rate of $160.00/hr. or after-hours at the reduced rate of $240.00/hr. 

(Please note: this is not a Priority Support package and Bulk Support Package expires 2 years after purchase)

  • Minimum of 2 hours per ticket

After Hours Service Call - After Normal Business Hours - Includes Weekend and Holidays - Emergency Call

Min. of 2 hours non-refundable.
LTI makes not guarantee of engineer availability.

  • $350 USD per hour
