Network consulting with our staff of experienced Network Support Engineers for any issue or network planning during our regular business hours of 8 AM - 6 PM CST.

  • Consulting and support as you need it with little upfront cost

  • Access to our Helpdesk Ticketing System in which you are able to: enter your own Support Ticket request at any time, track progress, communicate with our Engineers and securely transfer network information
  • Support Tickets received by Engineers quicker due to automated accounting verification when a credit card is on file

Network consulting with Dennis Burgess, regular hours are from 8am to 3pm.  Author of Learn RouterOS both First and Second editions, Dennis Burgess is an expert in MikroTik, a Certified RouterOS Trainer with many certifications.  He also has over 22+ years of consulting experience, both in business and engineering.

  • Can be scheduled with a min of 2 hours.  Afterhours double time.

1 Please note, Priority Support Customer tickets will be worked first. This price is for consulting time.  We do not bill on projects, results, etc.  We bill on time used only.  Example: If you wish to discuss how to do a project, then that is considered consulting time and will be billed for.
