All orders are sent via UPS and insured through a third party insurer. Special arrangements can be made for pallet shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number with your order confirmation, please feel free to email or call us. Customer covenants and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Link Technologies, Inc., its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and its and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents and representatives, of, from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, costs, damages, expenses, interest, judgments, liabilities, penalties, and suits whatsoever (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees, court costs, expert witness fees and expenses of litigation) whatsoever imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against Link Technologies, Inc. and/or any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents and representatives, which arise, directly or indirectly, out of any use by Customer of the Services provided by Link Technologies, Inc. or from Customers breach or violation of any of the terms and conditions here of.
Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that Link Technologies, Inc. exercises no control whatsoever over the content, accuracy or quality of the data and information passing through its network or any products or services ordered by Customer via its network. The Services, and any information, products or services obtained by Customer through its use of the Services, are provided "AS-IS. Link Technologies, Inc. makes no warranties or representations of any nature or description, either expressed or implied, with respect to the services to be provided including, without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement, quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. This disclaimer of warranties constitutes an essential part of this agreement.
(a) Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (tort, contract or otherwise) shall Link Technologies, Inc. be liable to Customer or any other person or party for damages of any kind or nature including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any character whatsoever, arising out of its provision of Services, or its failure to provide the Services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or losses of data or information due to delays, non-deliveries, mis-managed deliveries or interruptions in service, regardless of the cause therefore.
By paying invoices you agree to hold harmless for any disconnected services or other losses due to removal of configuration, inability to access, or other means that Link Technologies, Inc can
repossess its Intellectual Property rights.Services rendered, when possible, can be reverted back to factory default configurations in attempt to collect debt. You agree that your account will be in good standing. If a reasonable attempt has been made to contact you to attempt collection of debt on your account, you agree Link Technologies, Inc, can disable, remove configuration, and/or change network devices in which Link Technologies, Inc has been previously given to perform services on in an attempt to collect such debt. What this means, is we can disable network devices or use other such tactics so you will contact us to pay outstanding invoice, and by you paying previous invoices, you agree that we may do this, without legal action, and without liability. This would include future invoices that service or products have been delivered but unpaid for under your account.
By paying part or in full any invoice, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions. The customer agrees that future invoices will be placed on their credit card or other form of payment. Future invoices will be paid by any means that Link Technologies, Inc for services rendered. These payments can be processed by credit card given to Link Technologies, Inc for payment of other invoices, or other methods.
Concerning UBNT and UBIQUITI Products:
Per manufacturer policy, Link Technologies, Inc. does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds for any Ubiquiti products. All sales are final as UBNT products have a Manufacturer's Warranty, therefore all UBNT issues including product refunds, repairs or exchanges are handled directly through UBNT. Please contact Ubiquiti directly for services and support.
For MIMOSA or NETONIX products, the manufacturer is willing to handle repairs and replacement for manufacturer defective products directly. Products can be sent directly to the manufacturer for testing, repair or replacement according to their policies and procedures. If the product is DOA, please contact Link Technologies, Inc. directly. If you prefer to have Link Technologies to investigate the issue, please follow normal RMA procedures as outlined below. LTI will perform testing on Mimosa and Netonix products which may include a bench testing fee of $175 per billable hour (billed in 1/2 hour increments), repair costs, and return shipping cost. Please note that advanced replacement is not available for these products.
For all RMAs, you must contact Link Technologies, Inc. to receive an RMA Number. All exchanges or returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If we receive returns that we have not issued RMA numbers for, they will not be processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded for any reason. Except for CPUs, manufacturer warranty should be 1 year on new products that are shipped with a manufacturer warranty card. Physically damaged items or items not in "as-new condition will not be accepted for return. Our dealer warranty for replacement is 10 days long. This is ample time to cover products that may unfortunately be dead on arrival (DOA).
After we receive your RMA Request form, we will contact you to let you know whether or not your item is eligible for return. If it is, we should get you an RMA number within a business day. Remember, this doesn't guarantee that you will receive an RMA number. We may verify some details of the order or the problematic item with you before giving you an RMA number. Sometimes a product may appear to have problems but is simply not configured properly. In situations like this we may be able to resolve the problem over the phone. Once an RMA number has been issued to you, the returned item must be at our facility within 7 business days.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping of returned products back to us. We carry well-known name brands, and expect incidents of dead on arrival (DOA) products to be low. We strongly suggest that you ship by a traceable method.
The returned item(s) MUST be returned with their original packaging and accessories unless otherwise agreed to by Link Technologies, Inc. This includes all cables, user manuals, registration or warranty cards, and other accessories. Don't throw anything away! Link Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. There are no refunds on products and/or services after Thirty days from date of invoice.
Returned item(s) should be in as new condition, with no evidence of physical damage or tampering. When shipping your return back, please package the item(s) properly. Try to package your return similarly as how you received the item. The carrier that you ship from should be able to provide packaging material.
Write your RMA number on the envelope or box. We will try to get the replacement out as soon as possible. This may take 2-3 weeks to get a replacement. We will make every effort on our part to contact you with status updates as they become available.
We do not cross-ship. There is a reason for this - when you have a defective item from the manufacturer, and we send it in for repair or replacement, it returns to us as a repaired/replacement item. It is NOT considered, by the manufacturer, as a NEW item. Even if it is a warranty replacement from the manufacturer, and thus a new unit), the serial number or MAC address will trace as a warranty item. Thus, our policy is not to cross-ship, new replacements so please do not ask us to. However we might have a repaired/refurbished unit that can be cross shipped as a replacement with approval of both parties. Cross Shipment maybe possible by placing a new order, and receiving a RMA.Only if the RMA is returned and accepted as a defect and/or covered by the manufacture, will you be refunded the difference of the replacement parts and/or hardware. If the product is deemed as non-defective by the manufacture and not covered by the manufactures warranty, you may request a return of the part and/or product at your shipping cost. If new product(s) was cross shipped, their sales are considered final and non-refundable.
If you paid by credit card and are eligible for refund, we will process your refund within 10 business days. However, there may be a delay for your bank or financial institution to add the refund to your account. This varies depending on what financial institution you use, so you should check with them. If you paid via cashiers check or money order, we will process and send you a check within 2-4 weeks.
You must contact MikroTik support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue and provide the ticket number on the RMA form. For all MikroTik products a per item deposit will be required. This will be refunded if MikroTik covers the repair or replacement and return shipping. If the repair or replacement is not covered the deposit will be used toward repair/replacement cost and shipping. If the deposit does not cover the complete cost the balance will be collected before the item is returned.
For PowerRouter Products, all units will be tested during return for misuse and defects as well as surge damage. PowerRouter products include a 1-year limited warranty, for manufacture defects. Configuration is NOT included in this. Any time spent on configuration will be billed at the normal rates per your contract, or non-contracted hourly rates. Link Technologies, Inc and its resellers ARE obligated to verify operation of the unit before it ships. This includes verifying that the MikroTik RouterOS software is loading and running. If you feel you have a hardware defect, please reload, via netinstall, your compact flash, and/or contact Link Techs for instructions on this process. If the OS is loading and the services are starting, this verifies the hardware is working. Configuration and support after the OS is loaded, is NOT PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OR COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY.
MikroTik Licenses are NON REFUNDABLE.
A 40% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Refunds must be approved prior to the release of the RMA#.

Any credit on your account will expire after two(2) years of credit being applied.

Simply put: We will make a 'Best Effort" on all services. This includes managed mail, servers, billing systems etc. However, there is NO guarantee's on any service, its up time, or performance. By you paying our invoice you agree to these terms. These payments may or may not come before the services are preformed. By placing a credit card on file with Link Technologies, Inc, any services used can and will be placed on the credit card as used. You agree that Link Technologies, Inc can place these payments via your credit card without contact to the customer prior to the charges.
