Link Technologies, Inc, always helps out on virtually any hardware.  Since the new year, we have been working on Cisco Firewalls, Juniper Switches, Mail Servers, Bind Systems (DNS Servers), Tranzeo, TenX, Motorola Canopy, and even Ubiquiti radios.  We also have had a number of customers install circuits, some are working great, some the upstream is not really getting them the bandwidth that they were promised!  We will talk to Level 2 engineers with your upstream to help diagnose speed issues, and other routing issues as well!
