All kinds of Equipment!
11 January 2010
Link Technologies, Inc, always helps out on virtually any hardware. Since the new year, we have been working on Cisco Firewalls, Juniper Switches, Mail Servers, Bind Systems (DNS Servers), Tranzeo, TenX, Motorola Canopy, and even Ubiquiti radios. We also have had a number of customers install circuits, some are working great, some the upstream is not really getting them the bandwidth that they were promised! We will talk to Level 2 engineers with your upstream to help diagnose speed issues, and other routing issues as well!

4 Site VPN with QoS
21 December 2009
Finished a multi-site VPN setup, direct VPN access between all sites, along with QoS Between all of the sites. This project was not big, but did take a bit as the phones were sending out weird DSCP bits. We did a number of packet sniffs along with some fancy mangling to figure it out! But we got them going. After the QoS was setup, we could download large files, while talking on the phone without issues. Even when a new call was established, the downloads slowed and the VoIP got the prioritization it needed!
December Projects
21 December 2009
Several of our Engineers handled a number of projects and system downs in the past few weeks. Lots of calls for Ice and Snow related issues, most came down to either not enough Signal, but quite a few water intrusion cases were also found.
